About The Position

RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with CPG brands, bypassing traditional distributors. We combine a digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust to grow their own book of business. This role involves taking over and growing a local sales territory in the New Haven Metro Area as a 1099 Independent Sales Representative. You will control your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by a mobile app and a catalog of thousands of items.

Requirements

• Motivated, highly driven independent contractor.
• Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
• Ability to operate independently and execute your own sales strategy.
• Must provide your own valid driver's license.
• Must provide a reliable vehicle.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.

Responsibilities

• Targeting independent retailers (convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, etc.) in the New Haven Metro Area.
• Conducting independent outreach by walking into stores and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
• Building relationships with potential clients, earning their trust, and managing ongoing client relationships.
• Facilitating initial orders using a mobile app and actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
