About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for large middleman distributors by combining our digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Our independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to take over and grow their own local sales territory in the New Orleans Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will run your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by a mobile app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items. You will target independent retailers such as convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and other independently owned businesses selling CPG goods. Your role involves independent outreach, walking into stores, pitching the RepRally platform, prospecting new stores, earning owner trust, managing client relationships, and using our mobile app to facilitate initial orders and secure continuous re-orders.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is a plus, but a refusal to give up is what matters.
- Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
- Ability to operate independently, love the freedom of running your own day, and execute your own sales strategy without direct supervision.
- Must provide your own valid driver's license.
- Must provide your own reliable vehicle.
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
