About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for giant middleman distributors by combining our digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Our independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to grow their own local sales territory in the New Haven Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will run your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by our mobile app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items. You will target independent retailers such as convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, and smoke shops, focusing on building relationships and driving sales through our mobile app for initial orders and continuous re-orders.
Requirements
- Must operate as your own entity.
- Provide your own valid driver's license.
- Possess a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Have a smartphone with a data plan.
- Comfortable with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
- Ability to work independently and execute your own sales strategy.
- A refusal to give up is what actually matters.

Responsibilities
- Operate and grow your own local sales territory in the New Haven Metro Area.
- Target independent retailers including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, and smoke shops.
- Conduct independent outreach by walking into stores and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Build trust and manage client relationships with store owners.
- Prospect new stores and secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
- Use the mobile app to facilitate initial orders directly in the store aisle.
