About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for traditional middlemen distributors by providing a digital platform and fostering face-to-face relationships. As an independent sales partner, you will be the face of our network, building local trust to grow your own business. This opportunity involves taking over and growing a local sales territory in the Phoenix Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will operate as your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by our mobile app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items. You will target independent retailers such as convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, and smoke shops, pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners, prospecting new stores, earning trust, and managing client relationships. You will use our mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively manage accounts for continuous, high-volume re-orders.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is a plus, but a strong drive is essential.
- Comfort with cold pitching and persistence in following up.
- Ability to operate independently and execute your own sales strategy.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable vehicle.
- Smartphone with a data plan.
