About The Position

RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for high-priced middleman distributors by providing a digital platform and fostering face-to-face relationships through independent sales partners. While we offer an online platform, our sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust to grow their own book of business. We provide inventory, a digital catalog, and logistics, while you focus on building relationships.

Requirements

• Operate as your own entity.
• Provide your own valid driver's license.
• Possess a reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Have a smartphone with a data plan.
• Comfort with cold pitching and persistence.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule and sales strategy.
• Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is a plus, but a strong drive and refusal to give up are essential.
• Ability to get in touch with decision-makers at independently owned businesses.

Responsibilities

• Targeting independent retailers across the Washington Metro Area (convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and other independently owned businesses selling CPG goods).
• Walking into stores, engaging with decision-makers, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
• Prospecting new stores, earning the owner's trust, and managing client relationships.
• Using a mobile app to facilitate initial orders in-store.
• Actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
