About The Position
LensCrafters is seeking an independent Doctor of Optometry for a sublease opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This role allows you to operate your own private practice within a LensCrafters store, providing high-quality optometric care and services to patients. You will have complete professional autonomy, with no company-imposed restrictions or quotas. The practice model offers minimal financial risk and obligations, with a furnished office and well-equipped exam lane included in the rent agreement. You will also have access to an online appointment book and patient recall system. As an affiliate of Luxottica, you will benefit from their global leadership in eyewear and eyecare, allowing you to focus on patient care while Luxottica handles dispensary business concerns. You are also eligible to participate in OneSight, a global initiative providing vision care to underserved populations.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry degree.
- Ability to operate an independent private practice.
- Willingness to provide high-quality optometric care and services.
