About The Position
Join Project Genesis, Inc. as an Independent Living Skills Trainer (ILST) and help individuals with acquired brain injuries rebuild independence, confidence, and everyday life skills. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes and community, supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, routines, and communication. This role involves providing non-medical care, supervision, and encouragement to help clients reach personal goals and celebrate progress.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma.
- 2 years of ABI experience if you have a high school diploma.
- 1 year of ABI experience if you have a Bachelor's degree.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
