About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, patient, and attentive Independent Living Services (ILS) Instructor to provide one-on-one EARLY am support Monday through Friday for an individual with Mild Intellectual Disability and Cerebral Palsy. Services will focus on increasing independence in daily living skills, Hygiene (showering and dressing for the day), community navigation, and Financial Literacy and exercise while ensuring safety and accessibility. The ideal candidate is adaptable, observant, and comfortable supporting an individual with showering (bathing) and personal needs.

Requirements

Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, and Cerebral Palsy preferred.
Patient, dependable, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to provide hands-on assistance as needed
Two forms of valid identification
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Live Scan fingerprint clearance
Current TB test clearance
