About The Position
Legacy Village of Stillwater is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and motivated full-time Independent Living Residential Services Director to lead residential services at their Stillwater, OK facility. This role involves maintaining high standards of care and making a tangible difference in the lives of residents. The position typically works Monday - Friday, with some flexibility required to meet resident needs.

- Affinity for being around people, forming quality relationships, and having vital conversations with residents, staff, and family members

Responsibilities
- Overseeing residential care services and ensuring residents' medical, pharmaceutical, therapeutic, and social needs are met.
- Creating real relationships with residents and supporting their emotional well-being through daily greetings and friendly interactions.
- Coordinating with staff members and residents' families to ensure individual needs are met and quality of life is supported.
- Assisting the marketing team in developing strategies for promoting services and attracting new residents.
- Maintaining high standards of care within the facility.
