About The Position

Direct Traffic Solutions (DTS), a family-owned, Veteran-Operated business, is seeking experienced Independent Freight Broker Agents. DTS offers a partnership focused on agent growth and success, providing name recognition, technology, support, and expertise. The primary role involves building relationships with shippers and contract carriers, arranging transportation services, sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, scheduling freight, and problem-solving to ensure agency growth and financial freedom. DTS provides TMS technology and business office support to facilitate independence and financial security.

Requirements

• Must have a book of business.
• Must have experience in Freight Brokerage as an Agent or Employee.
• Self-starter capable of working independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Handle all operations and communication with customers and carriers.
