About The Position

4Leaf Services is a new, agile freight brokerage seeking elite, self-sufficient Independent Agents. We offer a completely open customer house list, allowing agents to bring their existing direct shippers without internal competition. We provide the authority, bond, insurance, back-office support, and software for agents to operate their business independently. Agents will manage the complete load lifecycle, from pricing and booking to tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.

Requirements

• Must have at least one active, direct shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.
• At least 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales (with transferable accounts) and carrier dispatch experience.
• Zero training is provided. You must know how to price, book, track, and close out loads autonomously.
• Must own a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet access.
• Must legally reside and operate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing relationships with direct shippers.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle: pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.
