About The Position

Direct Traffic Solutions (DTS), a family-owned, Veteran-Operated business, is seeking experienced Freight Broker Agents to work as Independent Contractors. DTS offers a partnership committed to agent growth and success, providing name recognition, technology, support, and expertise. The primary role involves building long-term relationships with shippers and contract carriers, arranging transportation services, sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, scheduling freight, and problem-solving. Success in this role leads to agency growth and financial freedom through industry knowledge, experience, and DTS's TMS technology and business office support.

Requirements

• Must be located and based in the United States.
• Possess solid book of business.
• Must have Agent or Employee experience in Freight Brokerage.
• Self-starter capable of working independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Handle all operations and communication with customers and carriers.
