About The Position

Booker DiMaio is seeking experienced independent recruiters with a proven history of recruiting cleared IT professionals, specifically those holding TS/SCI clearances with Full Scope Polygraphs. This role focuses on recruiting for federal government programs, and we are looking for recruiters who are familiar with the cleared community and can leverage their own networks to find and engage qualified candidates. This is a commission-only, independent opportunity with no required hours, quotas, or minimum activity levels. Recruiters can choose which opportunities to pursue and utilize their personal networks and sourcing tools. Upon successful placement of a candidate, recruiters will earn a fee based on the candidate's first-year salary, typically ranging from $10,000 to $35,000. Booker DiMaio will directly employ the hired candidates as W-2 employees, managing all aspects of employment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits.

Requirements

Experienced independent recruiters.
Strong track record recruiting cleared IT professionals.
Candidates holding TS/SCI clearances with Full Scope Polygraphs.
Familiarity with the cleared community.
Ability to identify and engage qualified candidates from your own network.
Proven experience recruiting TS/SCI cleared professionals.
Significant experience recruiting candidates with Full Scope Polygraphs.
An established network of candidates within the Intelligence Community, NSA, DoD, or other federal programs.
Experience recruiting technical professionals such as software engineers, cybersecurity professionals, systems engineers, data professionals, and other cleared IT talent.
Strong relationships with candidates who hold active security clearances.
Experience with federal contractors or government recruiting.
Ability to independently source and engage candidates using their own network and recruiting resources.

Responsibilities
