Independent Contractor - Janitorial Services
About The Position
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking janitorial independent contractors to partner with the company and fulfill clients’ needs. The company manages building maintenance services, including janitorial services and more than 20 additional maintenance services. It offers contractors an opportunity to focus on the work rather than selling and collecting on accounts, while helping their business grow and increase income. Contractors must provide a valid business license, LLC or Inc; workers’ compensation insurance; general liability insurance and non-owned auto coverage; a federal EIN; and verifiable references. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, receive favorable background investigation results, and may not be sole proprietors.
Requirements
- Must have a valid business license and operate as an LLC or Inc; sole proprietors are not eligible.
- Must provide workers’ compensation insurance.
- Must provide general liability insurance and non-owned auto coverage.
- Must provide a federal EIN.
- Must provide verifiable references.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must receive favorable background investigation results.
