Independent Contractor - Janitorial Services
About The Position
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking janitorial independent contractors to partner with the company and help fulfill client needs. The company manages janitorial and more than 20 other maintenance services for commercial facilities. It offers contractors support in growing their businesses so they can focus on the work rather than selling services or collecting payments on accounts, with the opportunity to increase their income. Applicants must provide a valid business license as an LLC or Inc, workers’ compensation insurance, general liability insurance and non-owned auto coverage, a federal EIN, and verifiable references. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, pass a favorable background investigation, and cannot be sole proprietors.
Requirements
- Valid business license as an LLC or Inc; sole proprietors are not eligible.
- Workers’ compensation insurance.
- General liability insurance and non-owned auto coverage.
- Federal EIN number.
- Verifiable references.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Favorable background investigation results.
