Performs difficult technical work determining eligibility of applicants to receive assistance through social service income maintenance programs through essential functions such as: receiving applications; training and advising caseworkers; ensuring compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and policies; maintaining records and files; preparing reports; does related work as required. Work is performed under the regular supervision of an Income Maintenance Supervisor II or Income Maintenance Administrator. Limited Supervision is exercised over caseworkers in unit.
