About The Position

As an Inclusion Coordinator Co-op in People, Culture and Talent, you will support the day-to-day coordinator activities in support of your team. You will be supporting teams in Inclusion, Workplace Design and Architecture, Total Rewards, Talent Development, Corporate Events and Marketing. Responsibilities also include ongoing administrative coordination in support of our People leaders and their teams, ensuring timely and effective delivery of assigned projects. Provide technical, administrative, and any project coordination support to the team you are assigned to. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interact with a wide range of individuals through different communication channels, which requires tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
  • Strong initiative and self-managing skills- to be able to work independently with very little direction and to respond effectively to issues as well as potential issues that may arise.
  • Details matter. Notice things that others don't.
  • Critical thinking skills help to inform decision making.
  • Advanced technical skills - in software packages such as Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, desktop publishing, etc., as well as various types of office equipment.
  • On your path to complete a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing or HR.

Responsibilities
