About The Position
The Elmhurst Park District is seeking an Inclusion Aide to assist children and adults with disabilities in participating in recreational programs. This role involves supporting participants with activities and providing necessary accommodations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Requirements
- Some knowledge and experience working with children and adults with disabilities.
- Willingness to learn to better the experience of our participants.
Responsibilities
- Assist children and adults with disabilities to participate in recreational programs.
- Ensure a safe and fun environment for participants.
- Assist participants with activities.
- Provide accommodations as needed for participants.
