About The Position

This position earns a starting range of $23-25 per hour. The expected schedule for this position is Sunday-Thursday between the hours of 11 AM through 7 PM. We also offer opportunities for growth which leads to future pay increases and promotional opportunities. With caseloads within the Central to Coastal areas of San Diego, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility, high performance, and forward thinking. Our mission is to provide quality, individualized, community-based support and training in employment, housing, community living, and other related services.

Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills
Resourcefulness
Teaching skills
A car in safe working order
Vehicle insurance
A valid CA driver's license
At least 2 years of driving experience
A high school diploma

Nice To Haves

A bachelor's degree
Experience with the I/DD community

Responsibilities

Work closely with a variety of people who are excited to integrate into their community.
Work one-on-one with individuals with disabilities who have their own unique goals and aspirations.
Support individuals in building their skills in the workplace.
Support individuals in discovering social or recreational activities that bring them joy.
Support individuals in building the necessary skills to live independently.
Assist individuals in pursuing higher education.
