We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist! You'll join our Program Team in Portland, Oregon delivering program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon based non-profit client. In this role you’ll supporting a range of services speaking with customers and contractors through both phone and email in both English and Spanish on a variety of topics.

Requirements

• 2-4 years relevant experience
• Experience and knowledge in the Energy Efficiency realm
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Fluency in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Enters and maintains various database(s).
• Reviews contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements
• Maintains knowledge of company products, services, and customer service processes & procedures.
• Communicates and properly directs customers and contractors to resolve disputed rebate claim data.
• Provides expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance.
• Provides expertise and guidance to contractors in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance along with technical support and programmatic training
