As an Incentive Compensation Associate within PNC's within PNC's Incentive Management Group organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary Line‑of‑Business analyst supporting Branch Banking, partnering directly with business leaders to deliver accurate and timely incentive compensation insights. Manage complex compensation data, reporting, and performance analytics with a high degree of accuracy and consistency. Develop and enhance reporting packages and presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to support decision‑making at both tactical and strategic levels. Qualifications & Experience Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume workstreams. Proficiency in Excel (including formulas, modeling, data analysis) and PowerPoint (storytelling, executive‑ready slides). Solid understanding of retail banking operations; incentive compensation knowledge preferred but not required Proven ability to work cross‑functionally, communicate insights clearly, and support a large, fast‑paced Line of Business. Acts as a subject-matter expert in regards to non-annual incentive compensation and may assist in leading other analysts/specialists. Responsible for day to day administration of non-annual incentive compensation for applicable business segments within the organization. Ensures compliance with internal controls through auditing and testing of incentive inputs and outputs. May identify and make recommendations to enhance existing controls or create new controls. Provides applicable analytics and modeling to support overall organizational financial and operational soundness. Leverages various forms of technology in support of incentive calculations and analytics for applicable business segments. Provides day to day research and communication for field inquiries. Leads cross-functional projects designed to enhance employee awareness and understanding. Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume workstreams.

  • Solid understanding of retail banking operations; incentive compensation knowledge preferred but not required

  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
