We are looking for an Incentive Automation Lead to own the end-to-end accuracy, automation, and continuous improvement of Sun King's agent and staff incentive and commission systems. This role sits at the intersection of data, business logic, and stakeholder collaboration — requiring someone who can translate complex incentive rules into reliable automated workflows, identify and resolve discrepancies proactively, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate brings problem-solving skills, a structured approach to investigating data issues, a data quality-first mindset, and the ability to build trust with field teams and business stakeholders by ensuring incentive outcomes are fair, timely, and well understood.
