About The Position

Guardian Tax is seeking driven sales professionals to join our Chandler office. This is an inbound-only sales role focused on assisting individuals with IRS and tax debt challenges. There is no cold calling—just real conversations with people actively exploring solutions. We’re looking for confident communicators who can quickly build rapport, clearly explain options, and guide clients toward the best possible solution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ months of phone-based sales experience required
• Strong communication, listening, and closing skills
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced call environment
• Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections effectively
• Motivated by commission, goals, and performance
• Coachable, reliable, and eager to grow

Responsibilities
