As an Inbound Sales Representative with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners looking for solutions to their pest problems. Your primary focus will be answering inbound calls, educating customers on our services, and converting leads into recurring pest control service agreements. This is a fast-paced, in-office sales environment where success comes from strong communication, confidence, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. You’ll work closely with our operations and service teams to create a smooth customer experience from the first call through the completion of service. Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

  • The ability to sit for long periods in front of a computer
