In this role, you'll guide clients through our proven debt relief process-from the first conversation to enrollment-helping them regain control of their financial future. THIS JOB IS ON-SITE in RICHARDSON, TX Compensation & Benefits: Base salary + uncapped commission and bonus (base is 30K) Top performers earn $75,000–$110,000+ OTE Paid training & certification Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) + Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match Clear career pathways: Senior AE, Team Lead, Trainer, and more What You'll Do: Lead Engagement: Connect with 40–50 warm leads per day (inbound & outbound – no cold calling). Build trust quickly through empathy, professionalism, and integrity. Consultative Sales: Conduct needs-based financial consultations to understand client goals. Educate clients on debt relief solutions and recommend the best fit. Follow DebtBlue's proven sales processes and best practices. Client Enrollment: Guide clients confidently through the enrollment process. Ensure documentation is completed accurately and compliantly. Compliance & Integrity: Uphold all regulatory guidelines and ethical standards. Complete the Certified Debt Specialist certification within 90 days (company‐paid). Coaching, Training & Growth: Participate in continuous coaching and development. Thrive in a merit-based culture focused on discipline, performance, and learning. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of sales, customer service, or call center experience. Proven success in a commission-based or quota-driven environment. Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Experience in financial services, debt relief, or related fields. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred. What Success Looks Like: Consistent attendance and professional conduct. Strong drive to meet and exceed KPIs. 1–2 enrollments per day on average (3–4 for top performers). 40%+ conversion rate. Requirements
