Requirements

• At least 6 months of phone sales experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Confidence handling objections and guiding conversations
• Competitive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in-office with a fast-moving team

Responsibilities

• Speak with inbound callers seeking tax relief solutions
• Understand each client’s financial situation and goals
• Present solutions confidently and professionally
• Overcome objections and close qualified opportunities
• Perform in a high-volume, team-oriented sales environment
