About The Position

We are seeking high-energy, customer-focused Inbound Sales Agents to join our growing call center team in a hybrid role, working a combination of remote and in-office shifts. As the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, you will deliver exceptional service while driving sales of our products and services. This is not cold calling. You’ll speak with individuals who have reached out directly or responded to our marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Inbound Phone Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a high-volume inbound sales or call center environment
  • Sales & Communication Skills: Confident, persuasive, goal-oriented communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Call Center Readiness: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Technology Proficiency:
  • CRM experience required (Salesforce a plus)
  • Cloud contact center platforms (Five9 a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Multitasking Ability: Able to navigate multiple systems and screens while actively engaging customers
  • Work Ethic & Reliability: Strong attendance, punctuality, and ability to manage workload independently
  • Hybrid Readiness:
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace for remote days
  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Ability to commute to the office as required
  • Education & Age Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from potential customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Build rapport, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Clearly explain features, pricing, and benefits to maximize order value
  • Close sales on the first call whenever possible
  • Confidently and professionally handle objections using proven sales techniques
  • Accurately enter customer and order details into CRM systems
  • Make follow-up calls on non-converted inquiries
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals and quality metrics
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to continuously improve performance
