Requirements

Inside sales and phone sales professionals
High-volume call center representatives
Financial services, tax, debt resolution, insurance, or high-ticket sales professionals
B2B sales and appointment-setting backgrounds
Recent college graduates with strong drive and communication skills
Former athletes or competitive individuals who love goals, structure, and winning
Confident, coachable, and hungry to succeed
Ability to balance compassion with strong closing skills

Responsibilities

Handle 100% inbound calls from individuals actively looking for tax relief help
Build trust quickly and create a comfortable experience for potential clients
Ask the right questions to understand each client’s tax situation and financial hardship
Explain our services clearly and confidently
Overcome objections with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Close deals and help clients take the next step toward resolving their tax concerns
Follow up with prospects and keep communication consistent
