We are hiring Remote Inbound Sales Agents from premier retail and customer-service backgrounds (Apple Store, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, Costco) who excel at providing world-class experiences through listening, educating, and making customers feel cared for. Customers initiate contact through our app seeking assistance, and agents provide peace of mind and tailored advice without cold calling or high-pressure tactics. Agents will translate complex insurance details into clear choices, manage fast-paced environments with a positive and personal approach, and guide customers through policy selection and finalization.
Requirements
- Experience in a high-standard retail, hospitality, or experience-driven environment (e.g., Apple, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney).
- Empathetic communication skills, including an upbeat attitude, strong active listening skills, and the ability to connect naturally with people.
- Comfort navigating internal tools and insurance platforms while maintaining a warm, fluid conversation.
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried roles, or AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly roles.

Responsibilities
- Welcome inbound shoppers who started their search in our app, creating trust and active engagement over the phone.
- Uncover policy nuances, hidden discounts, and coverage gaps across 55+ carrier options to ensure customers get the best possible protection for their budget.
- Listen closely to customer hesitations, resolve concerns with patience, and make purchasing insurance feel refreshingly simple.
- Help customers finalize their ideal policy on the spot, leaving them confident in their coverage.
