Requirements

• Active Texas MLO license (required — NMLS verification will be run)
• Minimum 12 months of recent, continuous loan origination experience
• Basic knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo Portfolio and non-QM
• Excellent communication skills — phone, email, and client-facing
• Self-motivated; able to manage a pipeline independently
