About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Inbound Product Manager to shape our future System Level Tester product strategy within the Integrated System Test Business Unit. In this critical role, you will define and drive the vision and roadmap, craft customer-centric value statements, manage the product lifecycle, and steer our market positioning with clarity, purpose, and confidence. This role sits at the crossroads of innovation and market strategy. Your leadership will directly influence how our products integrate and excel across segments, positioning Teradyne as the go-to provider in semiconductor testing. By partnering with a diverse range of customers, from agile startups to established global leaders, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on both our product suite and the industry at large.

Requirements

  • Overall 20+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in product development, product management, or equivalent leadership experience creating and deploying advanced technical solutions (ATE preferred)
  • Strong technical background (10+ yrs in engineering or applications) and ability to use these skills in business settings
  • BS in engineering
  • Solid understanding of modern digital semiconductor development - design, DFT, fabrication process, packaging, and device testing
  • Strong knowledge of the semiconductor process/flow with ability to provide guidance for the next
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or Masters in Engineering preferred
  • Knowledge of Teradyne’s ATE and/or SLT products is a plus
  • Strong influence, leadership, analytical, synthesis skills

Responsibilities

  • Synthesize emerging market trends to define and execute the long-term vision for System level Test Platform
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and the Marketing team to create a compelling value proposition, tailored to diverse markets including Datacenter Computing/AI, Mobility, and Automotive Digital
  • Own the product definition, policy, structure, forecasting, pricing, go-to-market strategy and execution, and oversee end-of-life and transition planning
  • Develop dynamic and compelling messaging for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders while ensuring consistency and clarity across all communications
  • Work closely across Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Operations to drive strategic transitions that maximize market share, enhance profit margins, and reduce excess and obsolete inventory
  • Actively participate in external conferences and industry forums to both nurture strategic VOC as well as enhance the Teradyne brand
  • Develop and foster strategic relationships at customers and industry experts which lead to a competitive advantage for Teradyne
