About The Position

Teradyne is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core product area within the Compute Test Division. This role will partner closely with customers, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing to define solutions that create meaningful value for customers and the business. The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping the shift-left strategy for UltraFlexPlus and enabling users to interact with and debug DFT IP from EDA vendors to accelerate customer bring-up on Teradyne testers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping impactful products at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea through launch and iteration.
  • Experience partnering directly with Engineering and Design in an agile product development environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use data to inform product decisions and measure impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong prioritization instincts, sound judgment, and a bias toward action in ambiguous environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience mentoring or guiding other Product Managers is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the ATE industry with hands-on experience with UltraFlexPlus and IG-XL is preferred.
  • Familiarity with TestInsight tools and EDA IP, such as SSN from vendors including Siemens and Synopsys, is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the assigned product area, including discovery, strategy, roadmap, execution, and post-launch iteration.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns cross-functional stakeholders around customer and business priorities.
  • Translate customer needs, market research, and data insights into prioritized roadmap decisions and clear product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to scope work, manage tradeoffs, write user stories and specifications, and support delivery targets.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing to define and drive go-to-market strategy, launch plans, adoption, and customer engagement.
  • Mentor junior Product Managers and contribute to strengthening product management practices across the team.
