About The Position

Inbound Material Handlers are part of Parts Town’s Fulfilment Center team and help receive and sort genuine OEM parts for inventory. The role requires accurate, detail-oriented handling of incoming freight and parcel shipments, unloading trucks, and assembling skids for receipts. The work supports Parts Town’s commitment to exceptional customer service and takes place in a tight-knit, team-oriented environment. Overtime may be needed.

Requirements

Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Unload incoming freight and verify that it accurately reflects the shipment manifest.
Unload and sort parcel packages into PO and RMA categories.
Scan parcel and freight shipments using RF devices, following any special instructions provided.
Store freight and parcels in an organized fashion for intake and receiving.
Assemble pallets and carts using RF devices for transfer to other inbound areas.
Replenish totes on upper and lower levels of receiving.
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the Fulfilment Center.
Assist receivers with breaking down and consolidating work at their stations.
Potentially use reach trucks and forklifts for organization and work staging.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
