The Inbound Freight Manager, reporting to the Senior Transportation Manager, will lead teams responsible for transportation and customs compliance of inbound shipments to NewAge, 3PLs, and retailer distribution centres. This role is central to the global supply chain, with a mandate to integrate AI and automation tools across the inbound process, from overseas procurement and ocean forecasting to customs clearance, cost accruals, and vendor performance reporting. The ideal candidate will have deep offshore logistics expertise and a proven ability to use AI-powered workflows to reduce freight costs, manual effort, and enhance supply chain reliability, fostering a team culture where AI and automation are standard practice.
