About The Position

This is a Contract to Hire position for an Inbound Healthcare Customer Service Representative. The role involves handling inbound calls and some follow-up calls, answering questions about prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential information. The representative will be measured on quality and accuracy, handling 50-100 calls per day depending on complexity. They will utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update customer communications. The position requires high attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. The job is 100% on-site in Tempe, Arizona, with required availability Monday-Sunday between 5 AM and 10 PM for an 8-hour shift.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Customer Service in Call Center or Office Setting
  • Great customer service with high level attention to detail.
  • Availability Monday-Sunday between 5AM-10PM

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls and some follow up calls
  • Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions and some confidential information
  • Entering information accurately
  • Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers
