About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store, pick items, check product quality, and make selections intended to meet customers’ expectations. You organize orders for pickup, bag items carefully, manage substitutions, and coordinate orders for timely handoff or delivery. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders in a steady, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move continuously throughout the store and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
