About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store picking items, checking product quality, and making selections that meet customer expectations. You keep orders organized and ready for pickup or delivery by carefully bagging items, managing substitutions, and coordinating timely handoffs. The role involves steady work across shopping, packing, and order preparation in a fast-paced store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in different store areas.

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities

• Select items for online customer orders across perishable and non-perishable departments.
• Check product quality and ensure orders are accurate and fresh.
• Bag items carefully and keep orders organized for pickup or delivery.

• Coordinate orders and timely handoffs with customers and team members.
• Use handheld devices and digital systems to pick and track orders.
