About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper (called a Drive Up & Go Clerk), you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store, pick items, check product quality, and make selections that deliver accurate and fresh groceries. You also keep orders organized and ready for pickup by carefully bagging items, managing substitutions, and coordinating orders for timely handoff to customers. The work includes shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a steady, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in different store areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Comfort adapting to changing order volume and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality items from perishable and non-perishable departments for online customer orders.
• Check product quality and ensure orders are accurate and fresh.
