About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store picking items, checking product quality, and making selections that meet customer expectations. You organize orders for pickup or delivery, carefully bag items, manage substitutions, and coordinate timely handoffs to customers. The role involves steady activity in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different store areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Organization and time-management skills to manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Adaptability to changing order volume and priorities throughout the shift.
