About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check product quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations, helping ensure orders are accurate and groceries are fresh.

You also organize and prepare orders for pickup or delivery. This includes carefully bagging items, handling substitutions when necessary, and coordinating orders for timely handoff to customers. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders in a steady-paced environment, with movement throughout different store areas.

The position calls for clear customer communication, attention to detail, organization, comfort using handheld devices and digital order systems, and adaptability as order volumes and priorities change. Employees must follow company processes and standards, including safety, sanitation, and dress policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in different store areas.

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
