About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check product quality, and make selections with care. You keep orders organized and ready for pickup or delivery by carefully bagging items, managing substitutions, and coordinating timely handoffs. The role involves steady activity across the store in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in different store areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Organization and time-management skills to manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Ability to identify out-of-stock items and choose appropriate substitutions.
• Team awareness and ability to coordinate order needs with coworkers and department processes.
• Adaptability to changing order volumes and priorities throughout a shift.
