About The Position

The In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, selects high-quality products for customers’ online orders. The role involves moving throughout the store to pick items, check product quality, and ensure orders are accurate and fresh. Shoppers organize and prepare orders for pickup or delivery by carefully bagging items, managing substitutions, and coordinating timely customer handoffs. The work is steady and fast-paced, with changing order volumes and priorities.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in different store areas.

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience.
