About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers’ online orders by moving throughout the store, checking product quality, and choosing items as you would for yourself. You help ensure orders are accurate and groceries are fresh.

You also organize orders for pickup, bag items carefully, manage substitutions when needed, and coordinate timely handoffs to customers. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a steady-paced store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in different store areas.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy and adapt to changing order volume and priorities.
