About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check their quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations, ensuring orders are accurate and groceries are fresh.

You also keep orders organized and ready for pickup or delivery. This includes carefully bagging items, managing substitutions when necessary, and coordinating orders for timely handoff. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders in a steady-paced environment, with movement across different areas of the store.

Employees must comply with company, division, and store policies and applicable laws. Duties and skills may vary by store; the official job description is provided during the application process.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different store areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
