In-Store Sales Representative – Home Services
About The Position
ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking In-Store Sales Representatives to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting. You will connect with homeowners while they shop, learn about their home-comfort needs, and introduce them to ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, energy-efficiency, and indoor air-quality solutions. This role involves starting friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality, acting as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions, generating leads and scheduling free in-home consultations, entering customer information and booking appointments for ARS specialists, representing ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence, and supporting in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
