About The Position
Bath Experts is hiring dynamic In-Home Sales Representatives to join our thriving team. This is an opportunity for driven sales professionals to grow their career with unlimited earning potential, pre-scheduled appointments, exclusive Jacuzzi offerings, and unmatched support. We specialize in transforming bathrooms and kitchens through premium remodeling solutions and are the exclusive Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer for Indiana and Ohio, with expansion into seven markets across the Midwest.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Can comfortably lift/move items (sample bags) up to 25 lbs
- Have excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Are driven, competitive, and motivated by exceeding sales targets
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience
- Excel at one-call close sales
- Are available for evening and weekend appointments
Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized in-home consultations, providing tailored bath remodeling solutions
- Engage customers through product demonstrations, following our proven sales approach
- Complete paperwork accurately and assist customers with financing options
- Collaborate with sales operations and installation teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training (virtual and in-person)
