About The Position

Five Star Bath Solutions of Connecticut specializes in bathroom remodeling and is expanding rapidly across Connecticut. We are looking for closers who want to run pre-set in-home appointments to make serious money. This role involves running pre-set, qualified in-home appointments, conducting consultations, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and closing on the first visit using a proven one-call-close sales process. There is no door knocking, cold calling, or lead hunting required.

Requirements

• Experience in outside sales, in-home sales, remodeling, or high-ticket closing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and accountable to results.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to travel to pre-set appointments.
• "One-Call Closer" mentality with an allergy to "maybe".
• Ability to build rapport through open-ended questions.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, results-oriented, and persistent.
