About The Position

A.J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. This role offers flexible hours, with weekend availability required, and opportunities for both part-time and full-time employment across multiple store locations. The position involves engaging with customers in a retail environment, educating them about home comfort solutions, and generating qualified leads for in-home consultations or service appointments. AJ Perri is part of the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, with over 45 years of experience.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
Ability to stand and walk during shifts
Weekend and some holiday availability
Reliable transportation
Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings

Nice To Haves

Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
HVAC experience is not required
