About The Position

Yes! Air Conditioning Heating Plumbing Electric is hiring Retail Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores in Tooele and Stansbury Park, Utah. The role promotes HVAC services, heating and air conditioning tune-ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. Lead Generators engage retail shoppers, build brand awareness, educate customers about services, and schedule in-home consultations or HVAC services. This is not a door-to-door or canvassing role. No HVAC experience is required, and paid training is provided. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Pay is $22–$24 per hour plus commission, with stated average earning potential of $24–$34 per hour including commission. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with weekends required.

Requirements

• Have a positive, energetic personality and strong people skills.
• Be comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment and supporting lead-generation efforts.
• Be able to stand and walk during shifts.
• Be available to work weekends and some holidays.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing the brand.
• Be able to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Pass a background check, in accordance with applicable law.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company as a retail brand ambassador with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements to shoppers.
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Educate customers about the company's HVAC services and promote brand awareness.
