About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring an In-Store Lead Generator to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Pembroke Pines and Hialeah, Florida. The role focuses on engaging shoppers, generating leads, and setting appointments by introducing customers to ARS home comfort solutions, energy-saving upgrades, heating and cooling services, and indoor air quality services. The position offers hourly pay of $18–$21 plus commission; the posting states average earning potential of $25–$35 per hour with commission, which is not guaranteed. Part-time and full-time schedules are available. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with weekends required.

The role includes paid training and a potential career path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Act as a brand ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members.
